Kona Kakes is great for unique tropical cakes, drinks and snacks. These cakes are never frozen and can be made for any type of special occasions. The Caramel Macadamia Nut Cake is absolutely my favorite. Each bite feels like it melts in my mouth and makes me want to eat more and more. The cake tastes light and fluffy with the caramel sweetness and cream to top it off. It is a family owned business and the people there make you feel very welcomed.

I used to live in San Diego and made weekly visits to Kona Kakes. They have the most amazing caramel macadamia nut cake EVER! Sadly I moved back up to Norcal but whenever I'm in town I make it part of my plans to stop by the bakery [: Everyone should definitely give them a try!
